Charging Instructions

Read these instructions carefully. Lithium Polymer batteries have to be treated and charged carefully or they could catch fire. Use the below guidelines to charge your batteries properly. To charge the batteries you need to plug the charger into a 12v DC source. Only use a charger designed to charge LiPoly cells.

IMPORTANT! Set the charger to 2-cell charge. There should be a yellow light that lights up.

IMPORTANT! Set the charging mah from 250mah up to 500 mah. DO NOT CHARGE HIGHER THAN 500 mah!

IMPORTANT! Charge the battery in a non flammable container such as a porcelain bowl and charge it away from any flammable objects. DO NOT leave the charger unattended! DO NOT charge battery inside an automobile or in automobile’s engine compartment.

IMPORTANT! If the battery has been damaged or if it becomes puffy discontinue use and dispose of the battery. To dispose battery, discharge the battery in a safe area. Once discharged, puncture each cell and immerse in salt water for several hours, then throw into trash.

IMPORTANT! Do not short battery. Store battery in a nonflammable container where shorting out is not possible.
