The MiniTwin 250© is Acer’s newest creation and is 100% SpeedWing in quality, agility and super aerobatic ability. With a 29 inch wingspan, this super, twin engine flying wing uses two Johnson 250 motors (included), swinging two GWS 4x4 props (included) and weighs in at an unbelievably light 15 ounce AUW using two micro servos, one micro receiver, two 8 amp micro ESC’s and a 2-cell 2100 mah Thunder Power lipoly battery pack. Considering the Johnson 250 motors static thrust, the MiniTwin 250© has a greater then 1 to 1 thrust to weight ratio in stock configuration! What this all means is, this all new MiniTwin 250 flies as fast as 70+ m.p.h. level flight but can also be flown at very slow park flyer speeds. It will climb at an unbelievable +80° angle and fly to speck height in just a few seconds. With maximum control throws the MiniTwin 250© can do 6 barrel rolls per second, but with smaller throws even a novice will find the MiniTwin 250© an easily controllable and surprisingly stable flyer. And, for even more fun, Acer is including information on wiring requirements necessary to run thrust vectoring on this extremely powerful SpeedWIng Twin. Using thrust vectoring, many more fun stunts can be performed as each motor can act independently of one another, providing surprisingly effective rudder control, similar to traditional airframe designed aircraft. As a result of this, a host of new opportunities open up to those who like to explore new ways of customizing their MiniTwin 250©. Also, this is the first production SpeedWing to include a buried battery pocket built into the wing design. Many (myself included) have customized their SpeedWings with buried batteries, looking for increased aerodynamics and cleaner lines -- With the MiniTwin 250, it is now it is done for you!

Like the single motor Mini SpeedWing 250©, the MiniTwin 250© is easy to build and only requires about 3~4 hours to complete. Once finished, you will be rewarded with an extremely stable, extremely fun to fly wing that you can take with you anywhere. Because it covers ground so fast, you will need a soccer size area or larger to fly in.

The kit includes the all EPP wing cores, two Johnson 250 motors (prewired w/cap), four 4x4 props w/adapters, two laser cut center keel/motor mounts, precut elevons, 2 mil coro tiplet material, micro control horns, .032 music wire push rods and a complete instruction manual including pictures.
