All online orders are processed using secure online ordering via PayPal or Authorize.Net. With Paypal you can use all major credit cards, bank transfers, or your Paypal Balance Account. Direct credit card processing is available for MasterCard, Discover Card and Visa using Authorize.NET. We DO NOT provide any personal information to any 3rd parties, other then what is necessary to process your order. If in the event we are “Out of Stock” on a particular item and a “Drop Shipment” becomes necessary, only the information necessary to complete the order will be provided to our vendors -- and of course at no additional charge to our customer. Children under age 13 must have a parent or legal guardians purchase ANY of our products. Any purchase known to be initiated by a minor will not be processed and attempts will be made to notify the parent or legal guardian of the attempted transaction.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of SpeedWing.NET's terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.
