This is depressing.. I too ordered a plane (Mini SpeedWing RTF) from Andy Marjama on December 4, 2012. The plane was supposed to be the big "from Santa" present to my sons. Of course, the plane did not arrive before the 25, nor has it yet. Andy has not returned my phone and contact-form msgs. My open order remains in the state of "processing."
I paid Andy $300 for a speedwing and three batteries. I used Paypal for the transaction, which gives a 45 day window to file a grievance from the date of purchase. At the top of the homepage of this website a message states that orders may take a month or so to fulfill. I was patient, giving Andy the benefit of the doubt, but too patient, and the 45 day window has closed.
We customers willingly gave Andy our money for his unique planes. We acted in good faith and trust towards him. I would understand if his business is busy and orders are delayed. I would say, "fine, build 'em and ship 'em as you can." But this lack of customer service is unacceptable. Andy needs to explain the delay and ASSURE us all is well.
Come on man, get your stuff together. This is entirely uncool. Send our planes. Return our money. Talk to us...
