Unless otherwise specified, all US shipping is by USPS. Most products ship Priority Mail which usually takes 3 days to most areas in the US. All orders $25.00 and over are shipped insured. Price for shipping to the US will usually range from $3.95 to $10.00, plus insurance cost. Canadian customers will be notified if additional shipping charges are necessary. Overseas customers will also be notified of additional shipping charges and method of shipment.
All SpeedWing kits and RTF (Ready to Fly) planes are manufactured by us. Depending upon current stock of components for kits, it may take as long as 2 weeks to complete an order once placed. We make every attempt to keep kits and kit components on hand, but cannot guarantee ship dates. Credit cards are charged at the time of order by our credit card processor, Authorize.Net.
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD: We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase with the original printed receipt. Please review the exceptions below.
ELECTRONIC PARTS: Any transmitters, receivers, servos, batteries, ESC's, chargers, or other electronic parts are NON-RETURNABLE. Individual manufactures warranty is the sole recourse and remedy for repairs or exchanges for defective or damaged electronic merchandise. RTF (READY TO FLY) PLANES, KIT PLANES & HELICOPTORS: All RTF (Ready to Fly) products are considered custom builds and cannot be cancled, returned or exchanged. Any used or partially built kits, any factory sealed kits or parts that have been opened, any items that are special orders, discontinued, or close-outs cannot be returned or exchanged. Kits that have not been assembled in any way, with all packaging full intact, and in new and resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking will apply. Damaged kits that can be readily identified as factory damaged will either be replaced or a refund issued, solely upon our discretion after our inspection.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All defective merchandise will be handled by their respective manufactures warranty. SpeedWing.NET will replace any of its manufactured products that have factory defects. No replacements can be made for parts once they have been assembled.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY: We do not accept ANY RESPONSIBILITY for crash damage, or extended liability for same.
