The Sparrow Hawk© has Arrived!

Now available "Ready-To-Fly" (RTF) this fully built, absolutely gorgeous, one-of-a-kind design is waiting just for you. With thousands of kit versions of the SpeedWing 250© already in use around the world, this brand new Sparrow Hawk© version has been re-engineered for those who have been waiting for the Ready to Fly version of this super popular flying wing. Not easily satisfied, SpeedWing's has gone the extra mile in this new RTF in 2 new areas. Unlike almost every other foam RTF, the Sparrow Hawk© uses a coating system applied direct to the foam. SpeedWing's has been working (for over a year now) on this true multi-layer coating system that not only gives a beautiful and smooth appearance to the foam, it is actually based on a chemical bonding system that becomes part of the foam. Along with the super smooth semi-gloss look (similar to a glassed wing), this "one of a kind" coating system is also flexible to allow this new wing to take bumps and bruises like no traditional paint system can. Super strong and yet only about 1/2 oz. heavier then a typical covering process, this system is sure to become the standard all manufactures will try to emulate.

As if this were not enough, the Sparrow Hawk© is also sporting an all new buried battery system! This new copyrighted Break-Away© Mount design is so different than any other, we are in the process of patenting it. It will allow batteries to be fully (or nearly fully) buried without sacrificing the structural integrity of the design, yet provide a super-easy battery change solution that both protects the battery and plane. This new Break-Away© Mount will soon be featured on all of our 32" and under foam wings that use a center keel design. This new concept will allow full impact much the same as our regular SpeedWing's have for years (all without damage or minimal damage), but still let the battery eject in a controlled manner thereby releasing much of the inertia (and potential damage) in a crash. It also provides a full length skid system to keep you beautiful Sparrow Hawk© looking good for a long time.

This new RTF Sparrow Hawk© will continue to use the SUPER STRONG flat carbon fiber "I" beam design first introduce in the SpeedWing 250 MKII©, continuing to make it one of the strongest designs available in any foam wing today. Completely equipped and ready to fly, including the Feigao 20mm brushless motor, all electronics and a 3 cell 800 mAh li-poly battery, just charge the batteries and fly! Also includes High performance/High Gloss 2 COLOR vinyl decals already applied and a FULL COLOR operation manual.
